We offer: VINYASA FLOW A dynamic class focusing on the connection of breath to movement all the while building heat, strength, flexibility... and of course a gentle soul nourishing cool down period. YIN A calming, nurturing class to build depth and flexibility into the body’s fascial tissue. To aid our quest to still both the body and the mind, props are used for maximal comfort. ... We wholeheartedly believe yoga is for every body and you can count on our instructors to lead safe, compassionate classes for any level of experience.
